#Right Answer: 1

It is given, “the Arab Traders who started frequenting (visiting often) the Kenyan coast way back in the first century CE (Common Era)”. It doesn’t suggest that they settled there. They didn’t settle there but were just guests as the passage states Kenyan coast “served host”.

#Correct Answer: [C].

Option [C]. is the correct answer. The phrase “technology block” is an idiom for the field of technology, not necessarily a piece of block.

Option [A]. is not correct because “ Location based services” are also used outside Japan and is not even the main idea of the passage.

Option [B]. though mentioned does not bring out the key point mentioned in the passage.

Option [D]. is also not correct because the main subject of the passage is the use of wireless devices for commercial transactions, not for location based services.
